Garam Masala is the principal spice blend of Indian Cookery and there are almost as many Versions as there are Chefs/Cooks.

My Choice Garam Masala is a blend of many aromatic spices, when added to any of your dishes will enhance the flavour.  Mostly used in gravy dishes veg or non veg and also in Dals, Samosa, Kachori, Aloo Tikki, Bonda, Vada to enhance the flavour.  Change the proportions to suit your taste and the dish.
