Stuffed Lady’s finger                                                                                                                                        Serving : 4

COOKING INGREDIENTS :

Medium size Ladyfinger slit on one side – 300 g, Cumin Seeds – ¼ tsp, Oil – 4 tbsp, My Choice Marwari Dry Masala – 4 tbsp, Asafoetida – a pinch, Salt to taste

COOKING METHOD :

To the My Choice Marwari Dry Masala add salt and 1 tbsp of oil and mix well.  Stuff this masala into the lady’s finger and keep aside.  Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan add the cumin seeds and asafoetida, add the stuffed lady’s finger and sauté for a minute.  Cover and cook on a slow flame till the lady’s finger is cooked. Serve hot with Paratha or Chappathi.
