PANI POORI                                                                                                                                                         Serving : 4-6

COOKING INGREDIENTS :

For the Pani : Tamarind paste – 4 tbsp, Fresh Mint paste – 2 tsp, Fresh Coriander paste – 2 tsp, Green Chilli paste – ½ tsp, My Choice Pani Poori Masala – 3 tsp, Coriander chopped – 1 tsp, Salt to taste

For the Potatoes : Boiled and mashed Potatoes – 2 cups, My Choice Pani Poori Masala – 1 tsp, Coriander chopped – 1 tsp, Salt to taste

COOKING METHOD :

Mix all the ingredients of the pani in 1 litre of water .  Add the chopped coriander and chill in the refrigerator.

To the mashed potatoes add My Choice Pani Poori Masala, chopped coriander, salt and mix well. Fill the poori with the masala potato and dip into the pani and enjoy.
